These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, promotions, and transactions on the bdc8 online gaming platform ("Platform"). By using this platform, registering an account, or participating in any game, you are agreeing to all the terms below.

Account Eligibility & Registration
1.1 Age Requirement
To open an account at bdc8 and participate in any game, a user must be at least 21 years old. This platform is operated for those aged 21 and above only. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.
1.2 One Account Policy
Each user may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and any deposited balance may be forfeited.
1.3 Accuracy of Information
Providing accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration is mandatory. If an account is opened with false or misleading information, it may be closed at any time and the balance may not be returned.
- Full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number must be provided correctly.
- The user is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account.
- Passwords or login details must not be shared with anyone.
- If any suspicious activity is noticed on the account, the bdc8 support team must be notified immediately.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Financial transactions at bdc8 are carried out through fully secure and encrypted channels. The list below outlines accepted payment methods and limits.

2.1 Deposit Terms
- Only payment accounts (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) registered in your own name may be used.
- Deposits via third parties are not accepted and may be returned.
- For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank are accepted.
- Keep the receipt for each deposit transaction.
2.2 Withdrawal Terms
- The method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit.
- For bonus-related withdrawals, wagering requirements must be met (see Section 3).
- If identity verification requests are ignored, the withdrawal process may be put on hold.
- bdc8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New users at bdc8 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, for a ৳1,500 bonus, ৳37,500 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
- Bonus funds may only be used in the account that received the bonus.
- Once you have participated in a bonus offer, you cannot participate in the same offer a second time.
- If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
- bdc8 reserves the right to change or cancel promotional offers at any time.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be closed.
Fair Use & Prohibited Activities
bdc8 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Fraud, manipulation, or playing games with the help of bots.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour towards other users.
- Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems.
- Operating an account under a false identity.
- Using bdc8's logo, trademarks, or content without authorisation.
If any of the above activities are proven, bdc8 may close the relevant account and forfeit all balances without prior notice. Relevant authorities may also be informed if necessary.
VIP Program & Cashback
bdc8 has a special VIP program for regular players, divided into four tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

- bdc8 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.
Privacy & Data Protection

- A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested for identity verification.
- Information provided is used solely for account verification and service improvement.
- Your browsing behaviour may be analysed to improve your experience.

8.2 Service Termination
bdc8 reserves the right to partially or fully discontinue the service at any time and for any reason. In such cases, an attempt will be made to return any valid balance.
8.3 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, please contact the bdc8 support team first. The support team provides service in Bengali and English 24/7 via live chat and email ([email protected]). The support team's decision will be considered final unless a specific technical error is proven.
- Dispute requests must be submitted in writing by email.
- Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the date of the relevant transaction.
- Attaching relevant evidence and screenshots will help reach a faster resolution.
Terms & Conditions Updates & Effective Date
bdc8 reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify users through appropriate channels.
